here we produce Chana  Dal &Roasted gram Dal 

raw materials required 

*Chana 

*sand 

*machines  like _blowers &boiler & we use a machine where we seprate sizes of chana required for different  dal &alvetor to take away the waste from chana

*we use totally 10 hp motors on daily basis 

*here as in factory we make two products on same machines but while preparing Chana dal we use a chaki which is used normally to make chana into half pieces&while preparing roasted gram dal we use a roller stone which will seprate the upper part of chana that is layer of brown colour 

*here the chana dal & roasted gram dal is done where there is no wastage from the factory every thing will be money return itself 

*we get small powder of chana dal&roasted gram dal  that we will sell to the farmers where they use for feeding of cows & buffaloes 

*we get a powder of chana that is used for feed for cows as well

*the machine cost is around 50 lakhs  

*we need 6 labour to maintain the factory & 1 person to handle the machine (machine operator )&one for the sales  

*we produce daily of 70 packets each of 50kgs weight & as per roasted gram dal we get 80packets of 30 kgs weight 

*every thing in dal mill is profit itself &monthly we get 50 thoushand as profit after bearing all expenses
